Look out over the Old Town’s walls, towers and skyline. This is a useful pause during an upper-town walk, with a view different from the nearby Kohtuotsa platform.

Official tourism lists year-round access. Reach the platform by its upper-town street address or use the 157-step stairway from Toompark by Snelli pond. The stairway is not a step-free route; choose your approach before setting out.
