Stay on the trail

RMK describes a 3.5 km marked trail and a 5.5 km loop. The route passes through forest and bog, with boardwalk sections and a viewing tower. Choose a distance that fits the available daylight and keep to the marked route.

Check the latest access notice

RMK currently describes an approximately 1 km approach from the main-road parking area before the bog trail. Allow extra time for that approach and check the current site notice for works or access changes. Boardwalks can be slippery; the seasonal photograph does not establish today’s conditions.
