In Pärnu, choose the shape of your day before choosing every restaurant. A central breakfast, a museum visit and an afternoon walk towards the beach make an easy combination. For dinner, decide whether you want to stay near your accommodation or make a particular restaurant the evening’s destination. These are researched recommendations by setting and convenience, not a claim that we have personally eaten at every table.

Pastoraat: a central start

Pastoraat at Kuninga 30 combines a bakery and café with an à la carte menu in a restored former pastorate. Choose it when breakfast is part of an Old Town morning, or when you want a proper seated break between sightseeing stops. The operator publishes its menu and booking contact on the Pastoraat website. Pair it with the Red Tower rather than making a separate journey across town just for coffee.

Supelsaksad: coffee on the way to the resort streets

Café Supelsaksad occupies a wooden house at Nikolai 32. Its colourful interior, cakes and broader meal menu make it a useful pause on a centre-to-beach day. Treat it as a sit-down stop: leave room to enjoy the setting, then continue towards Supeluse and Beach Park. If you need an early breakfast or a specific dietary option, check the current service and menu before planning around it.

Villa Wesset: dinner near the beach district

Villa Wesset at Supeluse 26 is well placed for ending a beach walk with dinner. The restaurant describes a seasonal menu; its outdoor terrace is a summer option. Choose this when you want the meal to sit naturally inside the resort part of your trip. Reserve an indoor table if the evening matters to your plans, rather than depending on terrace weather.

MEKK at Villa Ammende: make an evening of it

Restaurant MEKK at Villa Ammende, Mere puiestee 7, pairs modern Estonian cooking with a historic Art Nouveau villa. It is the choice here for a meal that becomes the main occasion. Check the specific service you are booking: dinner, afternoon tea and brunch are different experiences, and seasonal hours vary. A walk through the surrounding resort streets gives the evening context without filling it with more admissions or appointments.

An easy food-and-sights day

Have breakfast in the centre, choose one museum, then leave lunch flexible. Walk via Tallinn Gate and the park towards the sea; have coffee along the way if you want a longer pause. Book one dinner, not every hour of the day. In summer, reserve popular evening tables; outside summer, check opening days before heading out. For allergies, children’s needs or a step-free entrance, ask the venue directly about your requirements. Use the neighborhood guide to choose accommodation near the meals and walks you actually want.
